High-Performance Thermal Shock Chambers with 2-Zone and 3-Zone Configurations

High-performance thermal shock chambers are available in both 2-zone and 3-zone configurations, delivering accurate and repeatable thermal cycling for critical test applications.

In the 2-zone design, separate hot and cold chambers are used, with the test specimen automatically transferred between temperature zones via a robust mechanical lift. This approach enables rapid temperature changes to simulate extreme thermal conditions.

The 3-zone system keeps the test specimen stationary within a central test chamber, while hot and cold air is generated and stored in dedicated adjacent zones. According to the programmed test sequence, conditioned air is introduced into the test chamber to create controlled thermal shock without moving the product.

Custom-engineered solutions are available to meet specific testing needs, with both horizontal and vertical configurations offered. This flexibility allows chambers to be optimised for space, test volume, and performance requirements across a wide range of industries.
