Advanced UV Light Test Cabinets for Accelerated Weathering Analysis
Advanced UV light test cabinets are designed to accurately simulate the long-term effects of outdoor exposure. Using controlled UVA and UVB light sources, combined with moisture condensation and water spray systems, these cabinets replicate the impact of sunlight, dew, and rainfall on materials and components.
Accelerated weathering tests conducted in these systems can reveal material degradation—such as fading, colour change, cracking, and loss of mechanical strength—within days or weeks, rather than the months or years required under natural conditions.
The insights gained from these tests support material evaluation, product development, and quality improvement, enabling organizations to enhance durability and select the most suitable materials, coatings, or surface treatments for demanding applications.
